Non-Garden Stuff.

i've been neglecting the blog (again) due to various and sundry non-garden preoccupations.

well, one of those has now been resolved -- yesterday darin learned he was accepted to medical school. he'll be starting at the university of texas medical school at houston this fall. obviously, this is a tremendous relief to us both as it puts to rest many uncertainties, not least of which being where we would live come fall.

Hot damn! In a few years, free medical advice will only be a few blocks away.

I'm dropping my insurance.

Any chance you could tell me where I could order a rose bush called

appreciated. Thanks you.
